I went for a massage today at Bodies in Balance. It was awesome. I recommend it to anyone in a little bit of pain. Kathy does a great job.

It must have been a while since we last played Flint, they have nothing to write about. They have signed Chris Kovalcik. Maybe there will be some more fireworks tomorrow.
Noel Coultice was placed on waivers. He had 2 goals, 2 assists and a team high -11 in 23 games.
Congrats to Craig Macdonald who earned his 3rd player of the week award.
Congrats to Jon Booras who earned Player of the Month honors for the month of January.

Savage has been cracking me up lately. He acts like Flint was/is completly innocent.
